Kitchen Renovation & Fireplace Redesign

This renovation was designed around a busy family of four who loves to cook, entertain, and host. The goal was a kitchen with room to prep, gather, and plenty of storage to keep everything within reach.

A large island anchors the space, offering generous room to cook and entertain. A Kohler Prolific sink in the island makes prep and cleanup easy, while a second wash station beneath the perimeter window keeps the work zones flowing. Dueling Café beverage centers let guests help themselves without crowding the cook. Crisp white shaker cabinetry, dark granite countertops, and a softly variegated backsplash give the space a timeless, welcoming feel.

Because the kitchen flows directly into the living room, we also updated the fireplace, including the mantel, surround, and hearth. We used the same materials found in the kitchen, so the two spaces feel cohesive and balanced.
